Flex Training Services RPL
Flex Training Services has industry-skilled and experienced trainers and assessors who can assess a student’s individual situation as a process for recognition of prior learning and to establish competence in their chosen qualification.
This gives student’s the opportunity to earn a qualification through recognition of their skills and experience in the industry and without the need of further study.
What is RPL?
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a process of identifying skills and knowledge obtained through previous education or experience outside the formal education and training system. This can include work and life experiences. RPL creates a link between these skills and experience to the qualification in which student is enrolled.
The individual may not need to complete any or all of a training program if he or she already possesses some of the competencies taught in the program. Department of Training & Workforce Development
